By using this Web Site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, do not use this Web Site or its services.

Elemental Product Ventures LLC (doing business as GlowHouse) (the “Company”) may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should review this page periodically, as these terms are binding on you and may change without notice. The terms “You” and “User” refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this Web Site for any reason.

Orders and Acceptance

By submitting an order on glowhouseco.com, you warrant that all personal information you provide is valid and accurate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be requested for cancellation by emailing info@glowhouseco.com.
GlowHouse will make every effort to cancel the order in time, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order is submitted.

If the order has already shipped or is delivered, you remain responsible for returning the product in accordance with our Return Policy. Customers must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before returning any product.

Lack of Availability

GlowHouse makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate inventory information. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, the unavailable item will be canceled, and you will be notified by email or phone.

We reserve the right to cancel out-of-stock items at any time.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prices do not include sales tax or shipping and handling fees, which will be applied during checkout.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, GlowHouse reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed or your payment method charged. If your payment has already been processed, a refund in the amount of the incorrect price will be issued.

Promotional Rules & Restrictions

Promotional terms may vary or change over time.
Only one offer or discount may be applied per order. Multiple discounts may not be stacked.

Use of Candles

To ensure safe use and optimal performance:

  • Do not use GlowHouse candles on candle warmers.

  • For flame-free fragrance, use GlowHouse wax melts in approved wax warmers.

  • Always follow all included safety instructions when burning candles.

Candle Safety Warning & Proper Use Instructions

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience with your GlowHouse candles, please read and follow all safety instructions carefully. By purchasing any GlowHouse candle, you acknowledge and agree to use the product responsibly and to follow all listed safety guidelines to prevent fire, injury, or damage.

🔥 General Safety Warning

Candles involve an open flame. Failure to follow proper use and safety instructions may result in fire, personal injury, or property damage.
GlowHouse and Elemental Product Ventures LLC are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or failure to follow these guidelines.

✨ Proper Candle Use Instructions

Before Lighting

  • Always trim the wick to ¼ inch (6 mm) before every burn. A properly trimmed wick prevents excessive flame height, soot, and overheating.

  • Remove all debris, matches, or wick trimmings from the wax pool.

  • Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

  • Ensure the candle is positioned in a location free from drafts, vents, fans, or air currents.

While Burning

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

  • Keep candles at least 12 inches away from anything flammable (curtains, bedding, decorations, paper, etc.).

  • Do not burn a candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time to prevent overheating or container damage.

  • Always maintain a visible line of sight to a burning candle.

  • Do not move or touch the candle while the wax is liquid or the vessel is hot.

  • If the flame becomes too high, flickering excessively, or producing soot, extinguish the candle immediately, trim the wick, and relight once cooled.

After Burning

  • Always extinguish the flame using a snuffer or by gently blowing it out. Do not use water.

  • Allow the candle to cool completely before handling.

  • Do not relight the candle if the jar is cracked, chipped, or damaged.

Burn Time, Memory Rings & Wax Pool Formation

  • Allow the candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the surface (usually 2–3 hours on initial burn).
    This helps prevent tunneling and ensures even performance.

Proper Environment

  • Burn candles in a well-ventilated room.

  • Avoid burning candles near open windows or strong air movement.

  • Do not burn candles near other heat sources.

When to Stop Using the Candle

  • Discontinue use when ¼ inch (6 mm) of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
    Continuing to burn may cause the container to overheat or break.

Wax Melt & Warmer Safety

For flame-free fragrance, GlowHouse wax melts should be used only in approved melt warmers.
Do not place GlowHouse jar candles on candle warmers — this is unsafe and may damage the vessel or cause overheating.

Customer Agreement

By purchasing or using a GlowHouse candle, you:

  1. Acknowledge that candles involve inherent fire risk.

  2. Agree to follow all GlowHouse safety instructions at all times.

  3. Accept responsibility for proper candle use in your home or space.

  4. Understand that misuse or failure to follow safety guidance may result in fire, injury, or damage.

  5. Release GlowHouse and Elemental Product Ventures LLC from liability for any harm resulting from improper use, negligence, or disregard of safety instructions.

Use of Material

You may view and download a single copy of the material on glowhouseco.com solely for personal, noncommercial use.

All content—including text, graphics, images, logos, icons, and software—constitutes proprietary “Material” protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You may not reproduce, modify, sell, display, distribute, or otherwise exploit any Material for commercial purposes.

Acceptable Site Use

  • No returns accepted without a receipt or order number

  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded
