GlowHouse Return Policy
We want you to love every GlowHouse purchase. If for any reason you don’t—even if you simply change your mind—you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

Candles must be unused, unlit, and in new condition

Items should be in their original packaging

You’ll need your receipt or order number
Candles that have been lit or melted are not eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@glowhouseco.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Once your return is approved, we will provide:

Your RMA number

Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving an RMA will not be accepted.
Unless the product is defective or we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds apply to the product cost only and do not include original shipping charges.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if:

Your item is defective

Your order arrives damaged

You receive the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and, where applicable, replace the item or provide a refund. For damaged/defective items or errors on our part, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:

Candles that have been lit, melted, or partially used

Items not in their original condition (e.g., heavily used, damaged by customer misuse)

Final sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to:

Request a return and obtain an RMA

Send back the eligible item

Place a new order for the item you want
Once your return is approved and processed, we’ll refund the original item according to this policy.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (If Applicable)
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
As above, items must be:

In the same condition you received them

Unused and unlit

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved:

You’ll be refunded to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund
